I was invited to the FUSION CONFERENCES on Extrachromosomal Circular DNA and gave an oral presentation.
I attended the FUSION CONFERENCES: Extrachromosomal Circular DNA (Mexico, Cancun) and gave an oral presentation titled "Transcription-replication collision triggers extrachromosomal rDNA circles." I was able to interact with many researchers studying small eccDNAs found in various organisms, not only the ecDNAs observed in cancer cells. I would like to express my gratitude to the organizers, Birgitte Regenberg (University of Copenhagen) and Zhao Zhang (Duke University).
